Consent & Liability Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Furry Friends Yoga involves interaction with live animals. I recognize the potential risks, including but not limited to: scratches, bites, allergic reactions, tripping, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Furry Friends Yoga, LLC, event organizers, volunteers, staff, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in this activity. This includes personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Care

I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

4. Personal Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in yoga activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions from event staff and handle the animals gently and responsibly. I am liable for any damage expenses that may occur at my negligence. 

5. Photography/Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during Furry Friends Yoga and I may be used on social media or for promotional materials. I waive my rights in how the content material for Furry Friends Yoga taken is used and I understand I will not receive endorsements.

6. Age Confirmation

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age. If under 18, this form must also be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Binding Effect

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
