Consent & Liability Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Furry Friends Yoga involves interaction with live animals. I recognize the potential risks, including but not limited to: scratches, bites, allergic reactions, tripping, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this event.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Furry Friends Yoga, LLC, event organizers, volunteers, staff, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in this activity. This includes personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Care

I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

4. Personal Responsibility

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in yoga activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions from event staff and handle the animals gently and responsibly.

5. Photography/Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during Furry Friends Yoga and may be used on social media or for promotional materials.

6. Age Confirmation

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent to make a ticket purchase with Furry Friends Yoga. If a participant is 15 and under, a legal guardian must consent and be the signature holder upon check out. Ages 9-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during yoga classes.

7. Moral Clause

I agree that myself and or my party shall not engage in any activities or behaviors that might intentionally disrupt, harm or potentially damage animals, property, staff, partners, instructors or other participates with Furry Friends Yoga. I agree to remain respectful to staff and partners. If I should damage any property, I am liable to pay for the expenses. Failure to follow this moral clause will result in an immediate request to leave at any point with no refund.

8. Binding Effect

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
