Consent & Liability Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Furry Friends Yoga involves interaction with live animals and people. I recognize the potential risks, including but not limited to: scratches, bites, allergic reactions, tripping, or other injuries that may occur. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my animals interacting with participates.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Furry Friends Yoga, LLC, event organizers, volunteers, staff, property owners, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in this activity. This includes personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Care

I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary for any animal I bring to participate in yoga. I understand I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation.

4. Photography/Media Release

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during Furry Friends Yoga and I may be used  on social media or for promotional materials. This also includes any animals brought under my care.  I waive my rights in how the content material for Furry Friends Yoga taken is used and I understand I will not receive endorsements.

5. Obligation 

I understand that I am personally responsible for the transportation and providing all necessary items required for the care of animals brought to Furry Friends Yoga. This includes but not limited to; crates, food, toys, water, litter boxes, treats etc. I understand that I am not required to stay for the entire duration of the yoga session but I am welcomed to stay, participate in yoga or shop the rest of the store or leave and come back at the end of the yoga sessions. I agree to show up on time for drop off and pick up and if any cancellations occur to allow at-least one week of notice to Furry Friends Yoga. Failure to honor this will result in a termination of future adoption partnerships with Furry Friends Yoga.

6. Binding Effect

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, organizations and assigns.
